Evening short introductory briefing by your Tour Manager. Overnight at
Delhi. DAY 2 (DELHI)
Full day sight-seeing including Old & New Delhi. Overnight Delhi.
DAY 3 (DELHI - AGRA)
Morning drive to Agra - enroute sight-seeing of Sikandra. Afternoon visit
the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah's tomb. Overnight Agra.
DAY 4 (AGRA - JAIPUR)
Optional early morning visit to the Taj Mahal. Rest of the morning free to
relax or souvenir hunting. Afternoon drive to Jaipur enroute visiting
deserted Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri. Overnight in Jaipur.
DAY 5 (JAIPUR)
Morning city tour including City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and the Observatory.
Afternoon visit the Amber Fort including a ride on the elephant back.
Overnight in Jaipur.
DAY 6 (JAIPUR - DELHI)
Morning return drive to Delhi . Evening optional visit to see the
son-et-Lumiere Show at the Red Fort. Overnight in Delhi.
DAY 7 (DEPART
DELHI)
This day you are assisted to connect to your onwards destination or to any
one of the many possible extension programmes in India and Nepal with us.
DAY 6 (JAIPUR - MANDAWA)
This morning embark upon your drive to Mandawa. Of interest are the
Chokhani & Ladia havelis, as well as the street with Saraf havelis. DAY 7 (MANDAWA - BIKANER)
Morning drive on to Bikaner.Afternoon sightseeing of the fort. Overnight at
Bikaner.
DAY 8 (BIKANER - JAISALMER)
Morning drive to Jaisalmer. This is a full day drive. Overnight at
Jaisalmer - let the stillness of the vast desert seep through yourself.
DAY 9 (JAISALMER)
Morning explore the fascinating living fort made of golden sandstone built
in 1156 by Rawal Jaisal. Also see the intricate carving and lattice work on
the Havelis. Overnight at Jaisalmer.
DAY 10 (JAISALMER - JODHPUR)
Morning drive to Jodhpur - the gateway to the Thar desert.
Afternoon visit the massive impregnable fortess on the top of a hill within
which lie a number of palaces, barracks, temples etc. Overnight at Jodhpur.
DAY 11
(JODHPUR - MT ABU)
Morning embark upon your drive to Mt. Abu situated at 4,000 ft. above sea
level. Afternoon visit to celebrated Dilwara Temples. You can walk around
the Nakki Lake and visit some of the scenic spots around. Overnight at Mt.
Abu.
DAY 12 (MT. ABU. - UDAIPUR)
Morning drive on to Udaipur. Enroute visiting the magnificent Ranakpur
temples. Arrive Udaipur. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Udaipur.
DAY 13 (UDAIPUR)
Full day sight-seeing of Udaipur including the Maharana's Palace. Also
visit Sahelion Ki Bari. Evening optional boat ride on the Lake Pichola.
Overnight Udaipur.
DAY 14 (UDAIPUR - BOMBAY)
Depart to Bombay for onward destination.
DAY 14 (UDAIPUR - AURANGABAD)
Morning flight to Aurangabad. Afternoon excursion to Ellora caves.
Overnight Aurangabad.
DAY 15 (AURANGABAD)
Morning full day excursion to Ajanta caves with picnic lunch. Overnight at
Aurangabad.
DAY 16 (AURANGABAD - BOMBAY)
Morning flight to Bombay. Rest of the day free in this bustling metropolis.
